SVP of Finance
Art Monger has spent almost 20 years in higher education working for OPMs. Art has served in various roles including enrollment management, partnership leadership, campus operations and accounting & finance.
In his role as SVP of Enrollment, Art focuses on enrollment strategy and enrollment operations. He works closely with the executive team, partnership leadership teams, marketing, and enrollment teams to ensure high quality and consistent student outreach. Art also partners with IT to make enhancements to Synergis’s customer relationship management systems to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both the enrollment team and potential students.
Art higher education experience began when he joined the Institute for Professional Development (IPD) in 2000 and worked for IPD and Helix Education, which acquired IPD, for over 15 years. He served in various and progressively responsible positions including student accounting manager, contract director, regional director of finance, and VP Finance. Prior to working in higher education, Art worked for a regional general contractor in the accounting and finance roles for 13 years.
Art earned both his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master of Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College.
