ACADEMIC STAFF EXPERTISE AND SUPPORT
Academics is the cornerstone of an institution’s degree programs. We have an established team of instructional designers and technologists to serve our colleges’ and universities’ distinctive programs.
We lead the way in the instructional technology field with our ability to improve the overall learning environment and learning outcomes. We set the stage by embracing the following criteria:
- Remain LMS agnostic
- Leverage, share and standardize digital assets across all learning modalities
- Only include technology where it is appropriate and beneficial
- Keep the student at the center of the learning outcomes
- Rebuild courses, do not just convert the content between modalities or Learning Management System (LMS) platforms
- Implement and follow your institutions’ regulatory compliance standards
To be at the forefront of program development and instructional technology, we offer the following benefits to our institutions
Driven by our market intelligence and the institution, we facilitate program and course mapping, instructional design, content curation, multimedia development and LMS course builds.
We identify and implement best-in-class technology solutions to support the user experience, assess student engagement and outcomes, and provide relevant information to faculty and administrators.
Our Academic Services team works with each partner institution to ensure a smooth implementation. We train faculty and students to help them successfully adopt and use available tools.
FLEXIBLE PROGRAMS: 3MODALITY
Combined with the above benefits, the Synergis academics team works to deliver multiple learning modalities to best serve your students’ needs. We uniquely position this as 3Modality:
We co-develop associate, baccalaureate, graduate and doctoral degree curricula with our partner institutions. This proprietary development system is focused on the best practices in andragogy, constructivist learning, and cognitive apprenticeship models.
We redevelop face-to-face programs into an online classroom and assist in the development of new online programs. This enables our partners to gain strategic competitiveness in an expanding geographic footprint and service more students who require flexibility.
Students embrace both modalities. Institutions should too. Our hybrid approach has enabled our partners to launch complex pre- and post-clinical healthcare programs, as well as programs for in-demand fields such as nursing, business, education and technology.
Regulatory compliance counseling allows our partners to have a second set of eyes that dedicates time and attention to this increasingly complex operating challenge. These services are also connected to the planning process as new markets and programs are considered.
- Assessment of local, state, regional and national regulations
- Thorough examination of program delivery, expansion and operation
- Assistance in research to complete regulatory reports
