Instructional Technologist I | Collaborate with Instructional Designers (IDs), Multimedia/E-Learning Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other development staff. Provide consultation to IDs and SMEs on the integration of existing technologies into course curriculum. Troubleshoot and resolve learning content management system (LCMS) and learning management system (LMS) issues, and instructional technology requests from Academic Services team members in a timely manner. Provide support to IDs as they build courses in various LMSs and LCMSs. Build and revise courses in various LMSs and LCMSs, as needed. Ensure quality in courses by performing Technologist Quality Checks (QCs) and providing feedback to IDs on courses. Maintain backend configuration in LCMSs. Communicate regularly with Instructional Technologists and Director of Academic Technology regarding project status and needs. Support department-wide intranet and internet document and file sharing sites. Attend Ed Tech meetings with partner institutions. Maintain relationships with external technology vendors. Manage projects and relationships with course build contractors, as necessary. Stay abreast of changes in instructional technology, including higher education technology industry trends and new technological methods for learning environments. Research, test, and analyze new instructional technologies for implementation. Develop and revise training modules related to new technologies. Balance multiple projects at one time. Utilize project management system daily to manage projects and priorities, track task time, and post comments with project updates. Director Community Outreach & Partner Relations | Under the direction of the Director of Enrollment (DOE), the Director of Community and Partner Relations is responsible for three key areas within enrollment: 1.
